All versions of Narration  operate in parallel with our existing online Talent Marketing System, and provides online delivery of assignment confirmations and notifications to all parties via either online or off-line services.

This is an interactive service that enables artists and their agents including the client and the external production teams to review, agree and disagree assignment bookings or confirmations via a central secure Internet application. The user may optionally receive electronic assignment details to feed existing in-house systems, such as position keeping, straight through processing and data archives.

Narration provides immediate access to assignment notifications and confirmations for all booking and transaction types, supporting secure payment and document delivery of formatted messages to the front, middle or back office.

Narration is designed with the Self-Managed and Start-Up Agency or Publicist in mind. It’s designed to help one person start with a Single User System, and expand their business at their own pace until it’s a large Multi-User System - but without the normal hardware-software pain that comes with success.

Setting-up Narration for the First Time:

You can set a base profit percentage (minimum profit margin) you require your agency to make on all sales transactions. This base profit percentage can be dynamically changed at the estimate stage for each sale item. So it’s easy to increase or decrease the chargeable item price without the normal required implementation of an accounting system-wide change. You can set the Artist’s Fee rates, by the hour, half-day, full day, weekly or monthly - that includes a fee rate multiplier within Usage Calculator to help you calculate the total number of fee units the client is charged for the assignment. You can also set the Artist’s Profit Percentage. The amount the Artist will receive from each project or assignment.
